Until such time as (1) the franchise terminates; and (2) the franchisee removes all of its facilities; and (3) completes any necessary remedial work, franchisee will comply with all applicable law. Franchisee will perform all required, regular testing of its facilities in accordance with the provisions of Cal. Gov’t Code § 51013.5.
