§ 8.42.060 ACCEPTANCE OF FRANCHISE.
   The franchisee shall, within thirty (30) days after the passage of the ordinance, file with the City Clerk of the City of Brea a written acceptance of the terms and conditions of such ordinance. The franchise shall be null and void if the written acceptance is not filed within the prescribed time.
