§ 8.32.040 HORSERACING, AUTOMOBILE RACING, ETC.
   It is unlawful for any person to run any horserace, bicycle or automobile race, either for a wager or for amusement or to ride or drive any horse or animal to or ride, drive or propel any bicycle or automobile or any other vehicle in a fast or reckless manner in the city.
