§ 8.08.010 EXEMPTION FROM SOLAR SHADE CONTROL PROVISIONS.

Pursuant to Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 25985, the Council hereby exempts the city from the provisions of Cal. Pub. Res. Code, Chapter 12 of Division 15, which chapter is concerned with solar shade control.
