§ 3.08.010 TRANSFER OF TAXATION FUNCTIONS TO COUNTY.
   It appears for the best interest of the city that city taxes be assessed and collected by county officials, therefore, the city elects that the duties of assessing its property and collecting its taxes, provided by law to be assessed by the assessor and tax collector of the city shall be performed by the County Assessor and County Tax Collector.
