§ 3.00.010 DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established within the city a Department or Division of Financial Services and the offices of Financial Services Director or Administrative Services Director. The Director, as designated, shall be the general manager of the Financial Services Department or Division and shall be responsible for the duties hereinafter imposed.
