A. There is hereby established a fund to be known as the “Recreation Fund,” into which all funds levied, collected or derived for recreation purposes by the city shall be deposited.

B. In any jointly sponsored recreation program, the City Council shall appropriate such moneys as are required to meet its contracted share of the budget, as is determined by joint contractual agreement of the Council and any other agency joining in the program.

C. Expenditures may be made from the Recreation Fund by warrant in accordance with the budget and appropriations approved by the Council in accordance with legal requirements and rules established thereunder.
