A. The terms and provisions for the appointment, removal from office and filling of vacancies for Parks, Recreation and Human Services Commissioners shall be as set forth in Chapter 2.16 of this code.
B. The City Parks, Recreation and Human Services Commission annually shall elect a Chairperson from among its appointed members for a term of one (1) year, and may create and fill such other offices as it may determine.
C. It shall hold regular meetings at least once a month and other meetings at such additional times as are deemed necessary.
