§ 2.20.020 PURPOSE.

   The purposes of the Commission shall be:

   A.   To coordinate all of the cultural arts activities of the city;

   B.   To provide for the establishment and maintenance of cultural programs;

   C.   To insure the efficient operation of all cultural arts facilities within the city;

   D.   To promote cultural arts activities within the community;

   E.   Fund raising.
