§ 2.12.010 AUTHORITY TO FUNCTION.

   It is hereby found and declared, pursuant to Cal. Health & Safety Code § 33101, that there is a need for the redevelopment agency of the city created by Cal. Health & Safety Code § 33100 to function in the city. Such agency is hereby authorized to transact business and exercise its powers under the state community redevelopment law.
