§ 1.12.020 CLAIMS PRESENTATION — STATUTORY AUTHORITY.

Those claims required by § 1.12.010 of this chapter shall be presented to the City Clerk in accordance with and in the manner provided in Cal. Gov't Code Part 3 (commencing with § 900) of Division 3.6 of Title 1.
