§ 32.39 COUNCIL’S DECLARATION OF DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AREAS.

   The following areas of downtown Brazil, Indiana, are designated as slum and blighted as defined by I.C. 36-7-14:

   (A)   South side of U.S. 40 between Sycamore and State Road 59;

   (B)   South side of U.S. 40 between Franklin and Meridian;

   (C)   South side of U.S. 40 between Warren and Leavitt;

   (D)   North side of U.S. 40 between Cass and Depot; and

   (E)   North side of U.S. 40 between Chicago and Leavitt;
