§ 32.07  MAYOR'S DUTIES AS PRESIDING OFFICER OF THE COUNCIL.
   (A)   The Mayor, or in his or her absence, the President Pro Tempore, shall be the Presiding Officer of the Council.
   (B)   Meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the applicable statutes (I.C. 36-4-6-10 through 36-4-6-17) and in accordance with the following rules.
