§ 32.04 STATUTORY DUTIES OF THE COUNCIL.

The Common Council shall have exclusive authority by the city ordinances and resolutions to appropriate tax monies received by the city along with those functions as specified in I.C. 36-4-4-4 and I.C. 36-4-6-18 and other applicable statutes and ordinances.
