§ 32.01  FIVE-MEMBER COMMON COUNCIL.
   The Legislative Branch of the City of Brazil shall be the Common Council consisting of 5 members, 4 of whom shall be elected from 4 Councilmanic Districts located within the corporate limits of the city and 1 of whom shall be elected at large.
