§ 156.045 ESTABLISHMENT OF CONTROL BY THE COMMISSION.

No plat or replat of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of the City Plan Commission shall be recorded until it shall have been approved by the Commission. Approval shall been entered in writing on the plat by the President and Secretary of the Commission.
