§ 153.17  MOVING BUILDINGS OVER STREET; PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove any building over, across or along any street or alley, without first obtaining a written permit so to do from the city civil engineer, as hereinafter provided.

   (B)   The permit mentioned in § 153.14 above shall be issued on application in writing, by the city civil engineer. The application shall distinctly set forth the points from and to which removal is to be made, shall accurately describe the building and shall set forth the route to be taken and streets and alleys to be passed over. No building shall be removed over any other street, alley or route than that specified in the permit.
