§ 153.07  REMOVING OR LOWERING GRADE STAKE; REMOVAL OF EARTH, STONE OR GRAVEL.
   (A)   It is declared unlawful for any person to remove, change or deface, or to raise or lower any grade stake set by the civil engineer in the city.

   (B)   It is declared unlawful for any person to take and remove, or cause to be removed any earth, stone, gravel or other material from any sidewalk, street, alley or public grounds of the city without authority from the Common Council so to do.
