The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to establish accounts at, enter into agreements with and pay fees to ETS Corporation, Sterling, Virginia, for the purpose of enabling the City of Brazil to accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards in the conduct of monetary transactions; and be it further that the user fee is established in the amount of 1.2% of the monetary value of monetary transaction plus $0.20 per transaction, fee to be collected and retained by the City of Brazil for each monetary transaction paid in part or in whole through the use of a credit card.
