§ 150.03 AUTHORITY.

   The Planning and Building Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:

   (A)   All of the provisions of this Building Code;

   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and

   (C)   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
