§ 30.060  PURPOSE.
   (A)   I.C. 5-22 applies to every expenditure of public funds by a governmental body.
   (B)   The City of Brazil is a governmental body under I.C. 5-22.
   (C)   I.C. 5-22 requires the city to establish purchasing rules and policies for the city.
