§ 115.01  WRITTEN CONSENT FOR GASOLINE STATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, company or corporation to hereafter install any gasoline filling station in any street, alley or sidewalk or other public place, or in any place where an installation is made for the purpose of selling gasoline or oil or both at retail or wholesale prices within the city without having first obtained the written consent of the Street and Alley Committee or Common Council in writing signed by the Chairperson of the Committee.
