§ 114.09  LICENSE REVOCATION BY COUNCIL AND SUSPENSION BY MAYOR.
   (A)   The Common Council may revoke any license issued hereunder on notice to the licensee, and after a due hearing for the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   When any person has been convicted for 3 successive times within a period of 6 months of violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any other ordinance of the city regulating street travel of motor vehicles, the license of the person may be, by the Mayor, suspended for a period not to exceed 90 days nor less that 30 days during which time the commercial vehicles shall not be operated hereunder.
   (C)   The licensee may appeal from suspension to the Common Council and, on hearing, the Common Council in its discretion may either affirm or overrule the suspension of the Mayor; if overruled, the commercial vehicle may continue operating under the license.
