§ 113.32  THEATERS OR OPERA HOUSES.
   (A)   Authority is granted to the Clerk-Treasurer for the issuing of a license by the city, to the owner, lessee or person in control of any theater, opera house, room, building or other designated place in the city for show or exhibitions in those places, which license shall be known as a "house license" and shall be issued for the period of 1 year only. The license must be secured before shows or exhibitions may take place.
   (B)   The license fee for a license shall be $25.00 for any show charging an admission of not to exceed $0.05 and $50.00 for any show charging an admission of not to exceed $0.10 and $75.00 for any show charging an admission of more than $0.10.
