§ 113.28  CONFECTIONERY OR DRINK WAGON VENDORS; FEES.
   (A)   For each person selling lunch, candy, ice cream, popcorn, Cracker Jack and other confectionery, or lemonade, or other soft drinks and fruits on the streets with wagon or otherwise, the fee will be $10 for each 6 months for each and every vehicle used and no license shall be issued for a period less than 6 months.
   (B)   Any person holding a license hereunder for the purpose of selling lunch, fruits, confectionery and like articles on the streets, shall while so working under a license, move along from place to place and not remain stationary.
