§ 113.25 ITINERANT PHYSICIAN OR DENTIST; FEES.

   (A)   For each person practicing as an itinerant physician or dentist, the license fee shall be:

      (1)   For each day-$5;

      (2)   For each week-$25; and

      (3)   For each month-$50.

   (B)   No person holding a license hereunder as an itinerant physician or dentist, or as a vendor of medicine, shall, in the conduct of his or her business, make any false representations as regards to diseases, cures or methods of treatment used by him or her, or as to medicines sold by him or her.
