§ 113.10  BILLIARD, POOL OR OTHER MACHINES OR DEVICES.
   No person shall have, keep, operate or maintain for hire or profit in any public or private place, any billiard, pool or bagatelle table, any electronic video game, pinball machine and any other mechanical or electrical gaming machine or device or other machine or device for sports and games, without obtaining a license specifying the number of tables, games and devices renewable on or before January 1, 2007 and each year thereafter, conspicuously displaying the license in the place or establishment where the table, machine or device is placed or kept, and paying the following annual license fee:
   (A)   For each billiard, pool or bagatelle table-$25 per table;
   (B)   For each electronic video game, pinball machine, other mechanical or electronic gaming machine or device or other machine or device for sports and games-$25 per machine; and
   (C)   For each additional or new table, game, machine or device, obtained following the issuance of the annual license, a new license must be obtained by payment of the respective fees, specified in divisions (A) or (B) above, for each additional table, game or device placed in the establishment where the same are to be operated.
