§ 113.09 MERRY-GO-ROUND; FEES.

   (A)   For each merry-go-round:

      (1)   For each day-$3;

      (2)   For each week-$10;

      (3)   For each month-$12; and

      (4)   For each year-$20

   (B)   It is declared unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to conduct or operate the same on any lot or plot of ground within 1 block from National Avenue, extending from Alabama Street west to the city limits.
