§ 112.05  NUISANCES DECLARED.
   The practice or act of going in and on private property or residences, by solicitors, peddlers, hawkers, itinerant merchants or transient vendors of merchandise, not having been requested or invited to do so by the owner or occupant of the private property or residences, for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods, wares or merchandise, or the rendering or furnishing of any service or for the purpose of disposing of or peddling, hawking, rendering or furnishing the same, is declared to be a nuisance and to be unlawful.
