§ 112.04  EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   The license provided for in § 112.02 shall apply to all peddlers whether selling goods for cash or immediate delivery, or on orders. For future delivery or on the installment plan, and to hawkers, solicitors, itinerant dealers and to all persons assisting in conducting the business; selling for cash on immediate delivery or taking orders for future delivery or selling on the installment plan; but this section shall not apply to agricultural products or fruits cultivated and grown by any peddler, hawker or itinerant dealer.

   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the sale of newspapers, meat, wood, coal, ice or milk and sales made to dealers by commercial travelers, and nothing in this section shall be so construed and enforced to place a burden on interstate commerce.
