§ 110.28  ROLE OF CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall issue to the applicant the license applied and paid upon proper review and approval.
   (B)   The holder of the license and the license shall exhibit the same on the reasonable request of any police officer.
