§ 110.26  SLAUGHTERHOUSES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The slaughtering of cattle, sheep, hogs or other animals within the corporate limits of the city is declared a nuisance.
   (B)   Any building or enclosure which shall or may produce any unwholesome smell or annoyance to the inhabitants being in the vicinity thereof or any slaughterhouse for the killing of animals, located within the corporate limits of the city or within 1/2-mile of the corporate limits thereof, are each and all declared nuisances.
   (C)   It is declared unlawful for any person or company to slaughter any animals in the city or to maintain any building, or enclosure therein, or to construct, maintain and operate any slaughterhouse within the corporate limits of the city, or without the city within 1/2 mile of the corporate limits of the city.
