§ 110.07  MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTION FEE.
   (A)   A fee of $5 for each motor vehicle inspection for purposes of motor vehicle certificate of title applications.
   (B)   A special vehicle inspection fund is established for the purpose of depositing all money collected for the motor vehicle inspections.
   (C)   The monies collected shall only be used for law enforcement purposes for the Brazil Police Department.
