§ 97.33  PARK AND RECREATION FEES.
   (A)   Pool hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a review after the first months to see if lengthening the hours is warranted.
   (B)   A flat fee of $80 will be charged with lifeguard fees being paid by the party givers. The number of lifeguards needed would depend on the size of the party. Party guidelines will govern.
   (C)   Admission fees and passes:
      (1)   Daily rates:
         (a)   Ages 0–4: Free when accompanied by a paying adult;
         (b)   Ages 5–9: $2.00;
         (c)   Ages 10–16: $2.25;
         (d)   Ages 17+: $2.50; and
         (e)   Ages 60+: $1.50.
      (2)   Passes:
         (a)   Ages 5–9: $50.00;
         (b)   Ages 10–16: $55.00;
         (c)   Ages 17+: $60.00; and
         (d)   Ages 60+: $50.00.
      (3)   Family passes (up to 4 members):
         (a)   Clay County resident: $100.00;
         (b)   Non-county resident $125.00; and
         (c)   $10.00 each additional family member.
      (4)   A block of 30 daily admission tickets will be discounted 20% if paid in advance.
   (D)   The park shelter may be reserved at a fee based on the number of people with a minimum fee amount of $20.00.
   (E)   The Park Manager and all related personnel will be paid at rates established by the Board of Parks and Recreation.
