§ 97.32  VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, excepting police officers, firefighters and emergency vehicle drivers, to drive or propel or cause to be driven or propelled along or over any road within the parks, any vehicle at a greater speed than 15 mph, unless otherwise posted.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
      (1)   Drive any vehicle on any area except the park roadways or parking areas or other areas as may on occasion be specifically designated as temporary parking areas by the Board of Parks and Recreation or the Board of Public Works and Safety;
      (2)   Drive any vehicle on foot paths, pedestrian walks, nature trails and bridle paths designated and established for pedestrian travel and horseback riding;
      (3)   Park a vehicle on a roadway or parking area in a manner or under conditions so as to impede or obstruct the normal and safe flow of traffic;
      (4)   Operate a motor vehicle in the park without the use of a muffler adequate to deaden the sound of the engine in the vehicle;
      (5)   Operate a vehicle in the parks which emits excessive noxious fumes or dense smoke;
      (6)   Use a siren or other type of loud sounding device which makes unusually loud and unnecessary noise, excepting persons driving police, fire or emergency vehicles;
      (7)   Operate a motor vehicle on a service drive except in making deliveries and servicing the facility to which the without permission of the Park Superintendent or Board of Parks and Recreation;
      (8)   Park a vehicle within the boundaries of Forest Park at the northeast corner of Roy Brann Stadium beginning at the east edge of the crosswalk at the intersection of Miller Drive and South Nabuco Drive extending westerly a distance of 50 feet; and on the south side of Miller Drive beginning 158 feet  from the southwest corner of the intersection of Miller Drive and South Nabuco Drive and extending northerly a distance of 30 feet (to be designated as an "Ambulance Entrance") during the hours when the swimming pool is open to the public;
      (9)   Park or otherwise stop a vehicle within the boundaries of Forest Park on the south side of Miller Drive in front of the swimming pool entrance, beginning 102 feet from the southwest corner of the intersection of Miller Drive and South Nabuco Drive and extending northerly a distance of 30 feet only during the hours when the swimming pool is open to the public, unless the vehicle shall have attached thereto a disabled license plate or other conspicuous evidence that it is being used to transport a disabled. That  area shall be designated as “Disabled Parking Only When Pool Open;” or
      (10)   Operate a vehicle through the following intersections within the boundaries of and at Forest Park located within the corporate limits of the city without first coming to a complete stop: King Avenue at the intersection with East Pinkley Street; King Avenue at the intersection with East Deloss Street; Miller Drive at the intersection with King Avenue; Ivan Fuqua Drive at the intersection with King Avenue; South Nabuco Drive at the intersection with South Forest Avenue; Miller Drive at the intersection with the Cabin Crosswalk; Miller Drive at the intersection with South Nabuco Drive; Stadium Drive at the intersection with South Nabuco Drive; East Nabuco Drive at the Intersection with South Nabuco Drive; East Nabuco Drive at the Intersection with East Pinkley Street.
   (C)   As used in this section, the term VEHICLE shall mean any motor vehicle, automobile, motorcycle, truck, trailer, semi-trailer, truck tractor, bus, school bus, recreational vehicle, construction vehicle, tractor and bicycle.
