It shall be unlawful for any person to drive golf balls, fly model planes, throw objects, practice archery or shooting or participate in any other games or activities which are hazardous to others on property controlled or operated by the Board of Parks and Recreation, or located in or on any park or playground, however, the Board of Parks and Recreation may set aside and designate places and specify the times and regulations for engaging in any like activities. It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or operate a skateboard on, in, or upon any portion of the "pavilion building" or the "band shell building" located in Forest Park, which is a municipal park located in the City of Brazil, Indiana.
