(A) There is hereby created a new fund as a part of Brazil Parks and Recreation Department Non-Reverting Fund which shall be designated as the "Skate Park Fund."
(B) The purpose of the fund is to allow the Brazil Skate Park Advisory Board to receive monetary donations from the community and individuals, deposit contributions into the Skate Park Fund and disburse monies therefrom to construct and maintain for the citizens and youth of Brazil and Clay County a skate park in Craig Park.
(C) The fund shall be perpetual until terminated pursuant to the terms of this section.
(D) This fund may be terminated by the enactment of an ordinance and any fund balance in that fund shall revert to the Brazil Parks & Recreation Department Non-Reverting Fund to be used for any purposes lawfully allowed.
