§ 97.05  DESIGNATION OF 3 CITY PARKS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL AREAS.
   (A)   The City of Brazil, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation, operates the following city parks:
      (1)   Babe Wheeler Park;
      (2)   Forest Park (formerly Hendrix Park); and
      (3)   George N. Craig Park
   (B)   There are established the following designated tracts or areas as and for public playgrounds and recreation centers under and by virtue of Chapter 1742 of the Acts of 1925, as amended:
      (1)   The tract or parcel of land adjacent to and south of Forest Park proper which was acquired from the school city and on which is situated playground equipment, the swimming pool, the bathing beach, the bath house, the athletic field stadium and the camping or picnic area;
      (2)   The tract or parcel of land adjacent to and southeast of Forest Park proper, and to the east of and adjacent to the last above designated tract, acquired from Fred Nichols, and on which is situated that certain playing field used and maintained as and for a municipal golf course;
      (3)   That tract or parcel of land situated at the southwest intersection of North Meridian Street  and West Hendrix Street, acquired from diverse persons, and commonly known as Hendrix Park;
      (4)   The tract or parcel of land situated within the lands owned by Harry Bradshaw, located north of Hendrix Street and east of State Highway No. 59, under lease by the city, from year to year; and
      (5)   The area located in the southwest corner of Forest Park proper on which is situated certain games and playing courts and similar layouts.
   (C)   All structures, buildings and other improvements situated on the above designated tracts, parcels or areas are permitted to be used for playground or recreational purposes pursuant to the provisions of and for the purposes designated in this section.
