§ 97.04  POWERS OF THE BOARD AND PARK SUPERINTENDENT.
   The powers and duties of the members of the Parks and Recreation Board and the Park Superintendent shall be pursuant to I.C. 36-10-3-1 through 36-10-3-14 and other applicable provisions of this code.
