§ 97.03 FOUR-MEMBER PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD.

(A) The Parks and Recreation Board shall consist of 4 members appointed by the Mayor with no more than 2 being affiliated with the same political party.

(B) The terms of office and the filling of vacancies shall be according to applicable state statutes.
