§ 97.02  DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   (A)   The Brazil Department of Parks and Recreation shall have administrative and management jurisdiction over Forest Park, Babe Wheeler Park and George N. Craig Park.
   (B)   The Department shall consist of a Parks and Recreation Board, a Park Superintendent and other personnel that the Board deems necessary.
