No owner or person having custody of any dog or cat shall allow a dog or cat to be on the streets of Brazil, Indiana or other public places, unless the dog or cat is wearing a name tag which shall clearly identify the name of the owner of the dog or cat, and the address of the owner. Any person found violating this section shall be fined pursuant to § 93.03.
