(A) Department of Redevelopment. The Brazil Department of Redevelopment is controlled and administered by a Redevelopment Commission.

(B) Redevelopment Commission. The Redevelopment Commission shall consist of 5 members, 3 of whom shall be appointed by the Mayor and appointed by the Common Council.

(C) Terms of Commissioners. Each Commissioner shall serve for 1 year from January 1 after his or her appointment and until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
(D) Powers of the Redevelopment Commission. The Redevelopment Commission shall exercise the powers and duties granted it by I.C. 36-7-14.
