§ 93.09  PIGS AS PETS; ACREAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR SWINE.
   No person shall keep, feed or maintain any pig, hog or swine of any kind within the corporate limits of the city, except for Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs so long as they are kept as pets and confined within the household, and except swine temporarily in shipping pens for shipment to market or elsewhere, or swine kept on tracts of land of 5 acres or more in extent, which are used exclusively for farming purposes.
