§ 91.04 RECYCLING CONTAINERS EXEMPTED.

This chapter shall not be applicable to containers in generally recognized trash bag, trash containers or recycling containers in a motor vehicle if the operator is in the process of transporting same to a recycling facility or other facility used for the deposit of solid waste materials, including landfills.
