(A) The City of Brazil, having received complaints from the residents of the City of Brazil concerning certain litter violations occurring in and on city streets, a $500 fine shall be the penalty for any person who litters on a street located in the City of Brazil.
(B) The City Street Department is directed to install sign locations giving notice of anti-littering regulations on each U.S. 40 city limit west, U.S. 40 city limit east, Indiana 59 city limit north and Indiana 59 city limit south.
