§ 90.28 TRASH CONTAINER REGULATIONS.

(A) All ordinary and usual trash and garbage to be collected shall be packed and securely contained in commercially available plastic bags and be light enough in weight for 1 person to conveniently lift, and the maximum of 10 bags will be collected from any 1 residence or residential unit.

(B) Garbage or trash in paper sacks, wrapped in paper, or in cartons shall not be collected.
