(A) Heavy trash collection shall occur a minimum of twice each year, once during the spring of the year and once during the fall, plus at any other time deemed necessary by the Mayor.
(B) Collection will occur for 1 week for each quadrant of the city after proper advertisement in a local newspaper at least 7 days prior to the designated day.
(C) Residents wishing heavy trash collection shall notify the Waterworks office by telephone at least 24 hours prior to the designated heavy trash collection day.
