§ 90.24  MONTHLY REPORTING TO COMMON COUNCIL.
   The City Waterworks shall receive an amount equal to 6% of the total monthly fee collected to cover its costs of collection, computation and billing and a monthly report to the Common Council of customers in arrears in their payments and discontinuations in services.
