(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this schedule for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Blaine Street (between Alabama and Meridian). Any person violating this provision shall be guilty of a Class C infraction and subject to a penalty of $5, and any vehicle in violation thereof shall be subject to being removed, towed and impounded at the owner's expense. If the penalty is not paid within 10 days from the date of the violation, the penalty shall be $10. If the penalty is not paid within 30 days from the date of the violation, the violator shall be summoned into court and be subject to a judgment of up to $500.
